1. Website and operator
These Terms of Use apply to field.fjdtrion.com (“Field”), operated under the FJD Trion brand by VIRTUX INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. They describe the permitted use of this website and its workflow information and tools.
Please read these Terms before using Field. If you do not accept them, discontinue use. These Terms do not replace a separate purchase agreement, software licence, support agreement or other contract for a product or service. Privacy and optional-cookie choices are explained separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Using Field
You may browse Field and use its tools to evaluate survey and 3D scanning workflows and prepare questions for our specialists. If you act for an organisation, make sure you have authority before submitting information or making a commitment on its behalf.
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, overload its services, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, impersonate another party or collect other visitors’ information without authority. Do not remove attribution or intellectual-property notices.
Information you send should be accurate and relevant to your request. Do not provide confidential project files, sensitive information or another person’s details unless you are entitled to do so.
3. Content and intellectual property
Website text, photographs, illustrations, video, graphics, software and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may view them for the website’s intended purpose, subject to applicable law and any stated licence. Broader reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.
FJD Trion and product names identify the relevant brand and products. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners. Displaying a mark or reference dataset does not grant a licence to use it or imply that its owner endorses every workflow on Field.
4. Workflow information and verification
Field presents suggested workflows for underground utility documentation, AR stakeout, topographic survey, smartphone scanning and LiDAR capture. A workflow is a guide to evaluating an application; it is not a completed survey, a site-specific method statement or an approval to carry out work.
Capabilities and results depend on equipment configuration, software, coordinate reference, positioning conditions, operator technique and site conditions. Confirm supported outputs and independent checks for your project. Relative scan accuracy, a fixed positioning status or a displayed precision value does not alone establish absolute survey accuracy.
Underground utility documentation concerns visible, exposed conditions. A scan does not establish unseen utility routes or prove buried features that were not captured. Follow site safety rules and applicable surveying, engineering and utility requirements.
Some workflow images are illustrative, including AI-generated operation scenes. Demonstration models and external reference datasets are identified examples, rather than evidence of results from your site.
5. ROI estimates
The ROI calculator compares the assumptions entered for your current workflow and a proposed setup. Labour savings, payback and five-year returns are estimates, not guaranteed outcomes, quotations or financial advice.
Example defaults do not establish measured productivity. Use realistic local workload, crew, labour, equipment and software costs and compare equivalent deliverable quality. The calculator does not independently validate your assumptions or convert exchange rates. Actual costs and results may differ.
6. Products, enquiries and external services
Recommended setups and store links help you explore available configurations. Product descriptions on Field do not constitute a binding offer, confirmed stock availability or a promise that every accessory, licence or processing service is included. Confirm the selected package, compatibility, price and regional support before ordering.
Purchases and payments are handled by the destination store under its terms. Accounts, scan uploads and processing in Trion Survey, Model Web, Creative Portal or another service are governed by that service’s own agreement.
A consultation, quote or dataset enquiry is received only when information is successfully transmitted and acknowledged through an operating channel. Clicking a button, opening an enquiry page or using the ROI calculator does not place an order or create a service commitment.
7. Links, availability and changes
Links and the embedded FJD Trion Model Web viewer provide access to material managed by other operators. Review the destination’s terms and privacy information. We do not control an external service’s availability or changes.
We may correct or update Field, change a workflow or withdraw material. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will remain available.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Field’s informational content and tools are supplied on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not warrant that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular project. Independently verify material before relying on it.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website or reliance on its illustrative estimates. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or other conduct, injury, warranties or consumer rights that the applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Separate product or service agreements continue to govern their own obligations.
9. Governing law and updates
Singapore law governs these Terms, while mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you remain effective. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over website disputes, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Updates are published with a revised date. Where an update requires further notice, we provide it as required by law. The English text is the reference version, subject to applicable legal requirements. If a provision is unenforceable, that does not by itself invalidate the remaining provisions.
